What a year 2017 has been!   

As we come to the end of 2017 we can look back on a number of key developments at IPS all aimed at improving our product range, customer offering and service.

So what happened during 2017?

In 2017 we exhibited at a number of exhibitions, including; Spatex, Ecobuild, Pump Centre Conference, Firex and UK Build.



Increasing Market Awareness at a number of exhibitions

We said hello - we welcomed a number of new colleagues across the business aimed at strengthening the team as we get ready for 2018 and beyond!  


Seven new colleagues - Purchasing, Sales, Warehouse & Ireland


Looking Ahead! - Terri Punchen (Purchasing Dept.) had twin boys (future employees??)

We introduced new products - In order to stay at the forefront of technology and innovation we introduced a couple of new product ranges...

New Products: Prevent Mist Nozzles & Agru IR Welding Machines

We cemented relationships - We visited a number of key supply partners.  Product knowledge has always been important here at IPS Flow Systems and this year our staff visited a number of suppliers to see at first hand how things are made.

Supplier training visits - Raccorderie Metalliche (RM), Serto & Agru.

We celebrated success - IPS successfully completed an audit by SGS to be certified to the new ISO9001:2015 & ISO14001/2015 Quality& Environment Standards.  We have always put quality at the heart of everything we do and the new standard sets a level of good practice that is recognised throughout the world’.

We came to You!  Time is an expensive commodity and not everyone gets that opportunity to attend exhibitions, the IPS Demo Van was used a record number of times to support the training activities in a number of product areas during 2017. 




The van allows us to take IPS to customers and prospects and we are planning even more in 2018, if you would like to discuss a session, please contact our sales office.

We supported charity - Over the course of the year we took part in events designed to support a number of charities close to the hearts of our staff, we rode, we walked, we ate and we enjoyed ourselves - but most importantly, we gave!!
